Coffee Shop Opportunity in the CBD
A great opportunity presents itself in the City Centre.
A coffee shop operator is sought by the owners and there is a lot of existing infrastructure in place for them to work with.
These include ;
A long granite-top counter
HVAC
Zonal Airconditioning
Screeded Floors
Washing facilities
Built-in Cupboards / Storage
Security Doors
When you add in the veranda / patio area for tables and beautiful ablutions, there really is very little to do to complete your setup.
Upper Long Street is evolving with various aspects of public safety, cleanliness and safety, night and day benefiting from positive momentum.
Close to every kind of amenity. Great access, easily reach the N1/N2 and arterials from here.
